At Roxor, we understand that each client has a particular need. No two relationships are the same and so we aim to be flexible in our proposed contractual relationships with our clients in order to provide the closest possible match to their needs. Following are several contractual methods Roxor can propose to our clients to meet their specific requirements.

Project
Management
Contract

A Project management contract is where the client mandates Roxor to manage the design phase as well as the construction phase of the project for an agreed upon fee. Roxor will then collaborate with the mandated design team with the aim of ensuring a cost efficient design while ensuring budgetary and scheduling constraints are met.
There are two main advantages to using a project management contract.

Roxor will work closely with the design team to develop a cost efficient design. The team will collaborate to reduce construction costs while maintaining the required quality control of the end product.
Roxor is able to mobilize early in the process and commence certain construction activities prior to the completion of the design phase hence saving substantial time on the project.

Construction
Management
Contract

In a construction management contract, the client mandates Roxor to manage the construction phase of the project for an agreed upon fee. The added advantages of having Roxor handle all the phases of the project can be procured under the Turnkey Project Management contract.

Stipulated
Price
Contract

Also known as a lump sum contract, a stipulated price contract is where after the design phase is complete, Roxor executes the construction phase of the project for a fixed price..

Custom
Contract

A custom contract is where the client chooses to combine the principles of the above three types of contracts or add other customized elements such as incentives and risk sharing.
